Logfile persmissions

Hello,

a while back Apache suddently started creating logfiles with
o-r permissions. It may have been in relation to an apache upgrade - I'm
not sure. In any case, it's a problem because they are owned by www-data
and must be readable by users.

I haven't been able to find anything about this in the docs or on the
web. Does anyone know how to control the permissions apache uses on new
log files?

Thanks,
