Running Derby on Mono/.NET

Hi everyone,

I'm the author of IKVM.NET, an open source JVM for Mono/.NET. I saw
Daniel Debrunner's presentation on Derby last week at the Colorado
Software Summit and decided to try it on IKVM.NET.

It appears to work fine and performance is very competitive (when
running on .NET)
