[jira] Resolved: (GERONIMO-329) Support for resource-env-ref in J2EE App Client

   The following issue has been resolved as FIXED.

resource-env-refs now work -- at least queues can be looked up.  The sample itests/naming/client app now includes deploying activemq including the broker on the client, and looking up a jms connection factory and a queue.
