project management on windows

Hello,
To find project management software (web oriented) with cvs is not
difficult, with svn it is.
i found trac wich works with python, sqllite but am seeking for simpler
managers wich uses php/mysql or pgsql to do project managing, bug
tracing, to do lists...
i want to see what you did to administrate projects (on windows env)
and what are your advices to me.
10x a lot

These are both much more ticketing systems than project management and
RT would probably be difficult to get working on Windows, but here ya go:

OTRS:	http://freshmeat.net/projects/otrs/
RT:	http://freshmeat.net/projects/requesttracker/

you may want to evaluate GForge (http://gforge.org). We use it in a Linux
environment, but shouldn't be difficult to setup on Win32. It does work with
Subversion, and provides project management as well as task tracking/bug
tracking features. YMMV.
