We should document what kind of DataFrames can be passed into the MLContext and what they will be transformed to.

As far as I know:

RDD[String] with "i j v" elements will be transformed into MATRIX (sparse)

DataFrame with Rows of Vectors and/or doubles gets converted to MATRIX (dense), index column (__INDEX: Int) optional

Any other case: Conversion into general FRAME type.
