In test_standard_task_runner.py 'airflow task test" command was used but in 1.10 it should be 'airflow test' instead. The tests usually passed because they were not testing the actual execution and killed the tasks quickly but sometimes (when the execution of airflow task test command was fast enough) the tests failed.
