I would like to run the windows build on my windows machine, and linux build on my linux.

`cordova build electron --platform=windows` or similar should be nice

Right now I achieve this by deleting parts of the json before running the build.

Here I made the script after all. Take it if you need it.
[copy-build.zip](https://github.com/apache/cordova-electron/files/5880567/copy-build.zip)
Basically, you'll have specific build.json files for each platform and for electron, you are able to specify --platform=windows

I was thinking of making a hook to switch build.json before hand to get me out of this issue.
