Multiple Websites on IIS using SSL

I was looking for some help here. I have 2 websites - unique URLs using SSL using IIS with asp.net with JRun to run servlet code.

I need to convert jrun to tomcat. 

I need to keep IIS and use ISAPI redirect. Using Tomcat with SSL - do I need to run 2 instances of tomcat for each unique URL and have a unique certificate per Tomcat instance? 
or can I
Run one instance of tomcat with one certificate that the 2 URLs can call servlets?

Just wondering before I use this?
