IRC chat today

Let's try a different network today, to attempt to accommodate Jacek and
others who've been having problems with DALNet.

In the US, use server "us.undernet.org"
In Europe, use server "eu.undernet.org"

Noon Eastern (9AM Pacific) time as usual, channel #ApacheSOAP as usual.
Let's see if this works any better.  Jacek - if you get this and have
trouble connecting to undernet too, let me know via email.

I'll hang on DALNet as well to shuffle people over to Undernet.

Today's agenda:

* Requirements and pre-F2F conversation!
* Anything else people want to discuss
