xml-axis.zip

For the last couple of days, the xml-axis.zip file (in the nightly builds directory) only appears to contain javadocs and not pre-built jars.  Is there a reason for this?

Yes, the build is failing.  The development team is working round-the-clock
to fix it.  If you want to peek into the sausage factory and see their
progress, subscribe to axis-dev mailing list.
