   Hey @sijie I am having a similiar issue: how do I tell the connector where my custom SerDe class lives? - I have managed to use them for functions because I can tell Pulsar the path for function's code where everything is (through --py), but for Sinks I am lost as to hoy to tell them where to find my code (since i can only use --archive once).
