There are no built-in HTTP or HTTPS appenders for log4cxx.  The only thing available is the HTTPLayout, which outputs log messages into an HTML file.

 

If you need to send log messages over HTTP or HTTPS, the only way to do this currently is to create your own appender.  See the [documentation|https://logging.apache.org/log4cxx/latest_stable/extending-log4cxx.html] on how to do that.
