[grant] [patch] GrantProject was missing getProperties

Hi,

Though PropsHandler had a get properties method, GrantProject did not,
so any time the Ant task ran against a Grant-enabled project, none of
the properties would be copied over as ant gets them via getProperties.

I've also attached a minor patch for maven b5 changes.
