Q: HotSpot Server VM 2.0

Can anyone tell me if there are issues using:
 
Java 1.2.2, Win2K w/ IIS 5.0, Tomcat 3.1
 
WITH
 
HotSpot Server VM 2.0 ?
 
Does HotSpot work with the above configuration?
 
I have found references to problems with Java 1.3 but nothing on 1.2.2.
