- Renamed packet capture to *fastcapa* to distinguish it from *pycapa*.
- Improved fastcapa README to show use of test environment at `deployment/vagrant/fastcapa-vagrant`.
- Made `sensor-test-mode` role configurable so that it could be used in `deployment/vagrant/fastcapa-vagrant`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/nickwallen/incubator-metron METRON-116
