[users@httpd] How to compile 32-bit Apache 2.2.17 on a 64-bit RHL host?

Hello, 

  I'd like to compile a 32-bit Apache 2.2.17 on a 64-bit Red Hat Linux host. 
 Could someone tell me how to do it?
