   Shard 6 of #251 failed in the Playwright install: `apt-get update` got `403 Forbidden` from `packages.microsoft.com` (azure-cli and prod), and Playwright treats a failed update as fatal (`Installation process exited with code: 100`).
   
   The runner image lists Microsoft's and Docker's apt repositories besides Ubuntu's, and none of Playwright's packages come from them. The install action now drops every file in `/etc/apt/sources.list.d/` that does not point at Ubuntu's archive or the Azure mirror list before the install, so an outage there cannot fail a shard, and their indexes are no longer downloaded. This was meant for #250, which merged before it was pushed.
