NIFI-6221 Adding 'Download' and 'View' content icon buttons to slick grid actions column to improve end user navigation.

Recommend implementing View/Download icon buttons in the List Queue slick grid 'actions' column that will provide more direct access for users to these functions and improve overall navigational efficiency.
