VELOCITY-438 patch

Hi All,

Stephen Haberman submitted the patch:

Which optimises rendering of objects, i.e. toString() is only called
once when rendering an object.

This is very useful for Click which can create very large strings when
rendering HTML Table and Form controls.  I would really like to see
this patch included in the 1.5-dev stream.
