Subject: WWW Form Bug Report: "Time outs during long file transfers via HTTP" on Solaris 2.x

Submitter: lolife@bitstream.net
Operating system: Solaris 2.x, version:
Extra Modules used:
URL exhibiting problem: http://www.bitstream.net/screwthelabels/strgbrew.aif

Symptoms:
--
When doing large file transfers the client thinks the
file transfer is done and begins to handle it with
whatever helper app before the file is actually done.
It appears to be in exactly as many minutes as are set
in the Timeout in httpd.conf. Right now i have the
Timeout set to 1200, and after 20 minutes a given
dowload will think itself done, even when it's not.
The URL below can demonstrate this, just make sure
the link you are on will take longer than 20 minutes.
