Generated perl thrift bindings are broken:

$ thrift --gen perl src/main/resources/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/thrift/Hbase.thrift

$ cd gen-perl

$ perl -I . -Tc Hbase/Hbase.pm
Subroutine new redefined at /Library/Perl/5.18/Thrift/Exception.pm line 38.
Bareword "Thrift::TMessageType::CALL" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at Hbase/Hbase.pm line 9897.

Tested from build from source of both HBase 2.1.2 and 2.2.3 using both Thrift 0.12 and 0.13.
