And next ... graduation
We paused while Rob joined ... and now he has.
The graduation guide is:
http://incubator.apache.org/guides/graduation.html
and I see the following needing to be done.
Do we have volunteers to nudge each of these along?
1/ Agree text of the resolution
Graduation text:
http://markmail.org/message/57ajtiocouigftyg
2/ decide on the first project chair
We probably ought to do this in fairly formal fashion - a nominations
phase, then a vote (it's something to do in-part on private list thing
as it's about people, and so something to do without permanent public
archives listing in).
3/ Check we meet the requirements
which includes at least on the incubator guide to graduation,
and making sure the status page is correct and completed
(if there is anything else to be done, I've missed it)

Looks good to me!

Ok great, I have added a date to that item (when I updated the page the other week to add myself to it) so I think that closes out the review of the status page - all should be in order
If you or Benson could give it a quick look over to make sure that would be appreciated

It is.
Once upon a time apache used text files for this stuff, but then
people got all interwebby and made them into xml that got transformed
into html and whatnot. Sure has made the diffs harder to read. If only
someone had finished their subversion-based wiki 7 years ago, we could
have been spared some of this xml....
HTTPD and APR still maintain their status file:
* http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/httpd/httpd/trunk/STATUS
* http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/apr/apr/trunk/STATUS
That may just be to show off how old they are.
cheers,
Leo

Link is now added to the page

We'll assume as such unless a mentor says otherwise, I'll give it a couple of days and then mark that item as done

Yes, I think so. I did go looking for a STATUS file once and didn't
find anything. Re-reading the incubator documentation, and with a punch
of salt, I pursuaded myself it was the project status page, i.e. jena.xml.

I took a look over the status page and it looks mostly good, there are a couple of things that probably need addressing:
1 - Feb 2012 incubating report is not linked on this page, if someone can point me in the direction of the report I can add the link
2 - The only item not resolved on the To Do list is "Add all active committers in the STATUS file." - does this just mean the status page in which case we're done or should there be some STATUS file in the SVN repo - mentors?

I can take 3 - I already made some updates to the status page the other day so it should be relatively up to date. I will check the graduation guide and see what if anything is missing/incomplete on that page
