Fix For: 0.23.0
Upgrade avro to the current version requires code change to both mapreduce MRv1 and MRv2 to minimize breakage. The trunk portion will be part of the atomic commit of HADOOP-7264. The MRv2 portion will be on top of Vinod's merge script/patch in MAPREDUCE-279 instead of on the current MR-279 branch.
