{{./build.sh docker-test}} kicks {{share/docker/run-tests.sh}} and it executes {{./build.sh lint test}} for each language.
But some of the build scripts (e.g., for C, C#, and Ruby) support just one argument, so only the first argument ({{lint}}) is executed.
