[jira] Created: (IVYDE-152) Support for Eclipse variables

Support for Eclipse variables
-----------------------------

                 Key: IVYDE-152
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IVYDE-152
             Project: IvyDE
          Issue Type: New Feature
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0.beta1
            Reporter: Nicolas Lalevée

Via the plugin org.eclipse.core.variables Eclipse support for some variable substitution like workspace_loc, project_loc,...
It would be cool if the different path editors in IvyDE would support that.

[jira] Commented: (IVYDE-152) Support for Eclipse variables

Adam Karl commented on IVYDE-152:
---------------------------------

Can we get this added for the ivy file as well? Due to Eclipse constraints for project definition many workspaces contain separate projects for source and test code. It would be nice to be able to manage the test dependencies in a single ivy.xml and the lack of this feature prevents that.
