Forking the edgent repo

Hi,

I tried to fork the edgent repo by clicking on the ‘Fork’ button here:

https://github.com/apache/incubator-edgent

But when I do so, I get this message:

Where should we fork this repository?

Can't find what you're looking for?

You already have a fork of this repository:

 home4slc/incubator-quarks <https://github.com/home4slc/incubator-quarks>
Is this the fork I am supposed to use? If not, how can I get a fork for incubator-edgent.

Thanks,

Susan

It is interesting that it says at the top:

apache/incubator-edgent mirrored from
git://git.apache.org/incubator-quarks.git

Maybe something is not hooked up completely yet?

The edgent repository isn’t a new repository, it’s just a rename of the quarks repository.
Hence your previous fork is still valid as are your clones of the repo or your fork.

Refer to my Aug 15 "ASF git repo renames and you” email on this thread to
see what I did to sync-up my environment in light of the renames.
