[I] Revamp the `Plugins` page (logging-log4j2)

vy opened a new issue, #2531:

   As agreed in [the site structure document](https://docs.google.com/document/d/10Fu7oqDzdM_D6LbexzwX9arh51Tic7AGvkWTQrL6jjQ/edit), revamp the `Plugins` page such that
   
   - Outline:
     - Show examples (`@PluginElement`, `@PluginAttribute`, `@PluginFactory`, builder, etc.)
     - Link to `Layouts > JSON Template Layout > Extending`
     - Link to `Layouts > Pattern Layout > Extending`
   - Target `2.x`, port to `main`
