   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   During table visualization, it is very frustrating to go to sqllab every time need to download all rows from the CSV, because in the dashboard only the row limit could be used and after a certain limit browser stops responding
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Whenever a download csv is option is clicked either in chart or in the dashboard, can we provide the functionality to download all rows,, a functionality like in sqllab (SQL_MAX_ROW, DISPLAY_MAX_ROW) would be very useful for the dashboards also
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
   
   **Additional context**
   Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
