The original POM is right. It references wsdl4j, which has not be uploaded to ibiblio yet: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=128811&package_id=141069

Axis had for some time an own version of this jar, since they had dependencies on features of 1.5, when it was not yet released. See MAVENUPLOAD-580
