Initial refactoring done. 

I'm no sure if we could use the groupId {{org.apache.commons.rdf}} or we may need to temporally switch to {{org.apache.commonsrdf}}, but I'll check it with the Commons PMC. [~britter] have you though how to establish a healthy communication while incubating?
