In IGNITE-21668 order-preserving exchange was disabled for multinode target. Alternative solution to the deadlock is to disable backpressure for such exchange. In that case we can potentially save time on re-sorting, while occupied memory will be the same. 

We need to figure out if there are downsides to disabling backpressure.
