Changes M2 plugin (there is no JIRA project for this plugin)

Hi

Maven2 changes plugin 2.0-beta-1

When parsing changes.xml we got exception. This exception
is not logged. there is e.printStackTrace() instead of log statement.
(org.apache.maven.changes.ChangesXML.java line 62)
