remember its screen location and size
DesktopApplicationContext should remember its screen location and size
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: PIVOT-289
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIVOT-289
Project: Pivot
Issue Type: New Feature
Components: wtk
Reporter: Todd Volkert
Assignee: Todd Volkert
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 1.3.1
When the desktop application context exits, it should store its location and size in a preferences node. Then it should pull those values from the preferences node when it starts up to initialize the values (instead of 0+0,800x600). Command line arguments should override the stored values.
