I don't know of one on the web.  Professional JSP 2nd Edition by WROX has a chapter on struts that's pretty useful with a complete store example.

Check out http://developer.bluestone.com and look under TrailMaps. There is a tutorial there. If you check back in a little while (a few weeks) it will be updated to have connection pooling info etc.
