   Per Pulsar and SkyWalking's practice, you can discuss on the main repo, i.e., http://github.com/apache/incubator-kvrocks.
   
   Scatter discussions into multiple issue trackers (instances) may not be a good idea. You may think of Flink has a number of sub repos but all the issues are tracked on FLINK jira project.
