Description:
Look into SQL query parametrization/templating.
Calcite supports parameters: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-2054
Beam does not:

Caused by: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: class org.apache.calcite.rex.RexDynamicParam is not supported yet!

Look into SQL query parametrization/templating.
From a brief glance neither Beam SQL nor Calcite support query parameters/templating. It would be a nice feature to have, maybe it could work together with things like Dataflow Templates.
