Assertion failed: !nr->used, file http_main.c, line 1666

I got this error message sending one of our internal servers a -HUP message.
The only unusual characteristics of this internal setup is that it's Listening
on 7 different ports, and about 5 DocumentRoots (out of 49 vhosts) do not
exist.  I had changed the config file to add a "CacheNegotiatedDocs" entry,
that's it.
