   Labels for the Jira issue are not stored in the table `issue_labels`
   
   ### What do you expect to happen
   
   The relation between the issue and labels should be stored in `issue_labels`
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   - setup DevLake
   - create a blueprint to collect data from Jira
   - after the collection is complete, check the table `issue_label`
   
   ### Anything else
