ctakesnorxx 2015 does'nt have SNOWMED CT dictionary
Hi All,
I have been trying to run cTakes with cTakesnorxx2015 dictionary and can''t
get SNOWMED CT codes loaded.
I get the below error when i run the program:

term table CUI_TERMS
02 Sep 2016 15:43:49 INFO JdbcConceptFactory - Connected to concept table

02 Sep 2016 15:43:49 INFO JdbcConceptFactory - Connected to concept table
TUI with class TUI
02 Sep 2016 15:43:49 INFO JdbcConceptFactory - Connected to concept table
RXNORM with class TEXT
02 Sep 2016 15:43:49 INFO JdbcConceptFactory - Connected to concept table
PREFTERM with class PREFTERM
02 Sep 2016 15:43:49 INFO JdbcConceptFactory - Connected to concept table
ICD10PCS with class TEXT
02 Sep 2016 15:43:49 ERROR JdbcConceptFactory - Table SNOMEDCTTABLE and/or
SNOMEDCT not found in Database
Any pointers to resolve this problem would be really helpful.
Is there any latest cTakes UMLS dictionary I can use to annotate the text
using SNOMED CT codes.
