ConfigurationFactory is ready!
Need to add a commons-configuration jar file.. Could someone add it to our
repo? Or, if we haven't made a decison/ready to set it up, could they add
it to ibiblio?

The ConfigurationFactory stuff is finally working properly. I have my
tr.props, a application.props, and then JNDI for environment specific
properties!

Positive. Committers are only given access to cvs.apache.org by
default. You must specifically ask for access to any other server.
That said, I would be willing to host a repository for this purpose. I
will also be willing to grant access to any active developer on the
project.
