The test functional/org/apache/harmony/test/func/api/java/security/cert/F_CertPathTest_04/F_CertPathTest_04.xml has the following issue.

Default keystore type is used to instantiate a keystore. That type varies from implementation to implementation. In the same time the test uses a keystorte file which assumes a particular keystore format, namely 'JCE'.
