Only the first of the stacktraces seems to be of concern (for the second you need to create a .cvspass file, the third is a limitation of the linkcheck plugin).

I also get the first exception, but only on certain projects (eg in the current xdoc plugin), I don't think this is a site or xdoc issue, but I don't know where to move it. Anybody?
