Incorrect categories in DOAPs

I've just noticed that there are some DOAPs using rather odd categories.

For example 'C', 'PHP', 'Groovy', 'SQL'.

Seems to me that these are languages, not categories.

I think these should be disallowed as categories; they just clutter
the category listings and distort the statistics.
