[PR] docs: add a frozen copy of the 0.8 docs at /docs/0.8 [iggy-website]

   Keeps the 0.8 docs available now that 0.9.0 changes the wire protocol. The pages are a copy from before the 0.9.0 update, with their links and diagrams kept at 0.8. Each page has a notice pointing to the current docs, and the archive is left out of search, the sitemap and llms.txt and marked noindex. The current docs move into a route group so the two sidebars stay separate, and the link checker now covers both trees.
