   ## Description
   
   It was created a Conditional for enabling the Event Listener (`EnableFineractEventListenerCondition`) only for Write instances, and It was updated with the `@Conditional` annotation in the `ActiveMQNotificationEventListener` class
   
   Ignore if these details are present on the associated [Apache Fineract JIRA ticket](https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1284).
