The Board has accepted the OpenMeetings Project as TLP! [Was: ASF Board Meeting Summary - January 16, 2013]

The Board of Directors at the Apache Software Foundation has accepted our
resolution :)

What you don't seem to have noticed is that my name was added to the pmc
list. There was a minor concern that the PMC didn't have any ASF members on
it. This isn't necessarily an issue but we prefer there to be at least one
member as they have full access across the foundation.

I volunteered to remain as a pmc member since I have been a mentor. I trust
that the PMC is OK with this, the alternative to just adding me was to
bounce it back again - that didn't seem sensible.
