[jira] Closed: (GERONIMO-30) parameterized exception classes - allow for message formatting

Message:

The tests provided do not run cleanly. I changed the ex classes to extend from Exception and RuntimeException (as Nested* is history), but some of the tests failed because message can be null.

I nuked the bunk tests.
