DAS C++ - Initial drop commited to trunk

I have committed Adriano's patch for TUSCANY-1040 with initial drop for DAS
C++.
It's available under cpp/das, and I just want to make sure we all know this
is still work in progress.

Adriano: Thanks for your contribution. From now one, you should be
submitting patches based on the code available on the trunk. We could use
same jira, or create new ones if you have specific code for specific areas
or functionalities.
