This will add support for EnhancementProperties to the EntityDereferenceEngine (core and current implementations)

The following properties will be supported:

* enhancer.engines.dereference.fields
* enhancer.engines.dereference.uriPrefix
* enhancer.engines.dereference.languages

NOTE: the `enhancer.engines.dereference.languages` is a new property that allows to parse a list of languages to be dereferenced.
