   I installed oracle-jmesdk-8-0-rr-win32-bin.exe and added 
   oracle-jmesdk-8-3-rr-nb-plugins.zip plugins into Netbeans. There is no 
   possibility to select Java ME in Netbeans plugins (see fig. attached to 
   this mail).
